Purchase procedure
Bookings/product purchases are made directly with the product owner whose name is stated on the booking.
- Booking confirmation with reference number will be issued when you register your credit card.
- Payment should be made direct to the establishment on arrival.
- Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the date of arrival.
- Cancellations should be made directly to the establishment.
- For non-arrival or late cancellation, the full accommodation cost will be charged.
- Any complaints should be made to the supplier.
